HT-SAAE 39.3MW poverty-alleviation photovoltaic power station project in Tongliao, Inner Mongolia was successfully connected to the grid on June 29 and successfully obtained 0.75yuan /kWh electricity price.


As the first grid-connected photovoltaic power station of HT-SAAE in eastern region of Inner Mongolia, this project is located in Hailutu Town, Kezuohou Banner, Tongliao City, covering an area of about 1400 mu. During the operation, the average annual power generation is expected to be 52,295,100kWh.


The project was put on record by Tongliao municipal development and reform commission in December 2017, started construction on April 17, 2018, and obtained approval opinions on power system access on May 21, 2018. After 72 days of hard work, the project team successfully completed 630 grid connection task.


This project is the key poverty alleviation project of Kezuohou Banner government, involving 1,572 poverty-stricken households. The successful grid connection of the project means that each of these poverty-stricken households will increase their income by 3,000 yuan per year, which is of great significance to promote poverty relieving and better off of local people in straitened circumstances. The company will continue to respond to and support the targeted poverty alleviation policies of the state and earnestly fulfill its social responsibilities.
